Privacy Policy
Camino5 Agency LLC ("Camino5," "we," "us") is a search and AI visibility consultancy in Los Angeles, California. This policy covers camino5.com and its subdomains, level11.global and pdq.agency (the "Site").
What we collect
When you contact us, book a call, subscribe, or run one of our free tools, we collect what you enter, usually your name, email, company, website URL and message. When you browse, we and the providers below automatically collect your IP address, approximate location, device and browser type, the pages you view, how you arrived, and how you interact with pages. We may also receive business contact details from data providers and public sources such as LinkedIn for business-to-business outreach.
The Site is for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
How we use it
To respond to you, deliver tool results, send insights and offers you can opt out of at any time, understand and improve the Site, identify companies that visit so we can reach out, measure our advertising, and prevent spam and abuse. We do not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising and analytics tools involve sharing data with third parties in a way California law may treat as "sharing"; you can opt out below.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run the Site and our business, including Squarespace and Vercel (hosting and forms), Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Hotjar (analytics and session recording), Meta (advertising measurement), and CRM, email and visitor-identification tools such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Apollo.io and Leadfeeder. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or as part of a sale or merger of the business. We do not give your information to other companies for their own marketing.
Cookies and tracking
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies (see allaboutcookies.org) for essential functions, analytics, advertising measurement, and matching visitor IP addresses to companies. A banner lets you accept or manage cookies when you first visit, and you can change your choice through the "Manage cookies" link in the footer or your browser settings. You can also opt out directly with Google, Meta, Hotjar and Leadfeeder. We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as an opt-out of advertising and visitor identification. We do not respond to the older "Do Not Track" setting because there is no common standard for it.
Your choices
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. To access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of sharing, email hello@camino5.com; we will verify by the email on file and respond within 30 days. We honor these requests from anyone, including California residents and visitors from the EU and UK, who may also have the right to complain to their local data protection authority. Information is processed in the United States.
Retention and security
We keep contact information while we have a business relationship or you remain subscribed, and for up to three years after our last contact unless you ask us to delete it. We use reputable providers, encrypted connections, and limit access to the people who need it. No method of storage is completely secure.
Other sites and changes
The Site links to sites and tools we do not control; this policy does not cover them. When we make material changes we update the effective date above and, where we have your email and the change affects how we use it, notify you.
